Personal Training session will include:

  • Flexibility drills and activities
  • Functional movement strengthening activities
  • Running form drills
  • Agility activities
  • Deep tissue and myofascial massage
  • Manual joint mobilization
  • Specific, therapeutic intervention based on the findings from your Biomechanical Evaluation
  • Continuous movement assessment to identify areas requiring improvement to individualized your training session

Biomechanical Analysis Rate: $90.00
Session Duration: 75 minutes

** Personalized session duration may be scheduled at a rate of $75/hour.
