Biomechanical Evaluation

Physical evaluation that involves:

  • Strength and flexibility testing of all the ambulatory muscles and joints to identify causes of dysfunction.
  • Examination of running and walking form to help avoid repetitive and overuse injuries.

Pre-Race Tune-Up

One to three day prior to race day to address any adhesions or trigger points that developed in training. 60-90 min. session

Post-race recovery

Address new aches and/or pains and speed your return to running.

BOOST Anti-Gravity Treadmill

  • Woodway treadmill
  • Up to 18 mph and 15% incline
  • Allows patients and athletes to run or walk while reducing impact and risk of injury.

OptoGait Video analysis

  • Identify deficiencies, postural problems, and asymmetries based on data and videos.
  • Determine how the patients’ performance is being affected and helps identify best training plan to address shortcomings.
  • Verify the results and the efficacy of treatment.

Personal Performance Training

Examination of current status and development of new strategy to address training shortcomings, performance plateaus, or unsatisfactory race results.

Group/Team Performance Training

Strength train, improve performance, and avoid injury, with friends or teammates!

The Schroth Method

The Schroth Method is a nonsurgical option for scoliosis treatment. It uses exercises customized for each patient to return the curved spine to a more natural position.
