Physical evaluation that involves:
One to three day prior to race day to address any adhesions or trigger points that developed in training. 60-90 min. session
Address new aches and/or pains and speed your return to running.
Muscle tissue treatment that reduces pain, inactivates trigger points, restores mobility and function, and improves tissue healing.
Examination of current status and development of new strategy to address training shortcomings, performance plateaus, or unsatisfactory race results.
Strength train, improve performance, and avoid injury, with friends or teammates!
